Zain has more than 20 years of experience in designing and operationally delivering complex U.K. and multi-country MSP and RPO solutions. He has worked within Business Development and Operations at Elan Computing and Adecco before becoming U.K. Managing Director for hyphen (now Pontoon), Adecco's specialist outsource division in 2011. Zain joined Randstad Sourceright in 2016 as EMEA MD, spearheading the company’s rapid growth in the U.K. and continental Europe. As a member of the company’s global leadership team, he is integral to Randstad Sourceright’s strategy to continually enhance the value of RPO, MSP and integrated talent solutions.
