He graduated from the University of Łódź with the Master’s degree in Sociology. He completed the MBA programme in Finance and Insurance at the Łódź University of Technology and Illinois State University. He is an expert in management processes, marketing, communication strategy and implementation of changes. In the City of Łódż he supervises issues related to the city strategy and economic programming, urban issues, urban planning, revitalization as well as organization of the International Exhibition EXPO 2022.
