He graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Finance at the University of Gdańsk.
He conducts courses on Master of Business Administration studies at GFKM, validated by Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University. He conducts management workshops for managers and executives, delivers lectures and presentations in financial management, ethics and leadership. He participates in 360-degree feedback research projects and is a co-author of the Impact360 tool, used to diagnose leadership competences. Wojciech is a leading consultant in the Leadership Performance Pipeline implementation projects at GFKM. He is a certified Trainer of the Leadership Pipeline Institute.
He has nearly 20 years of managerial experience in banks and consumer finance companies managing diverse teams. He participated in many strategic and development projects for middle and senior executives.
