Wojciech Karpiński has 10 years of progressive leadership experience in outsourcing and shared services.
In 2005, after working 7 years in the insurance industry, he joined Philips Electronics' Shared Services Center in Lodz, Poland and quickly ascended to the role of Manager of Accounts Receivable and Banking and Business Development Manager.
After transition to Infosys BPO in 2007, Wojciech has held operational leadership roles, first managing F&A and procurement services for European sites, and most recently as the Global Operations Head responsible for finance and procurement services across 6 locations for a manufacturing client.
Since he joined Amway SSC in 2015, he leads their multifunctional regional center as General Manager. Four major services delivered from Krakow are Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and IT.
