Ruth is leading a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals for Coca-Cola’s shared-services organization GBS. Since its founding in 2015, her team improved turnaround time, diversity numbers and process stability in the recruitment space significantly. For EMEA, Ruth is leading efforts to increase awareness about GBS in relevant markets, and to attract young talent to join shared-services at the world’s most valuable beverage brand.
Between 2012 and 2015, Ruth was a Talent Acquisition Partner for Europe and responsible for the HR management of the young professional workforce in Coca-Cola Germany.
Ruth holds a Diploma in German Law with a Major in Business and Corporate Law from Freie Universität and studied Economics and Scandinavian Studies at Humboldt Universität in Berlin.
