Petronella Saville Lockhart is a senior L&D executive who has worked for a number of international organizations, primarily focusing on organization and people development, leadership, change, mentoring and the Consumer experience.
Her passion is to lead, develop and inspire both individuals and teams to reach their full potential, thus supporting organizations to achieve their strategic objectives, whilst having fun at work!
Petronella created the Leadership Academy at Swarovski with Ashridge Business School and has worked closely with both the school and the Swarovski leadership teams to ensure not only its ongoing and sustainable success, but also a balance between both the commercial and people focus.
Petronella continues to progress her passion for people and learning with enthusiasm and application and looks forward to the next stage of the journey!
