Nick Butt is a Managing Director at Accenture, leading Operations in Western Europe and a senior member of the EMEA Leadership team. He has extensive experience in designing, implementing and running scaled and complex operations within and across multiple countries.
Having worked in 34 countries, Nick thrives in multicultural environments and diverse teams both within Accenture and our largest global clients and has initiated and successfully delivered numerous major change management programs.
He specializes in organizational design and building high performance teams through identifying and developing the best talent and working how to get the very best results from the whole team.
