Alumni of Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Aarhus School of Business with BA in finance. In Shell since 2003 where she started her carrier in Retail business, being responsible for development of Clubsmart loyalty program, building and implementation of marketing strategy & implementation of key global projects, like SAP implementation in Poland. In 2011 she built Retail Pricing Team and managed whole CEE Retail Pricing structure. Since 2013 she is managing B2B business in Commercial Fleet structure (euroShell Card) as a Sales Team Leader being responsible for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine. In her private life, she is a happy mother of two little boys. Monika loves design, studying language and extensive travels with her family.
