Marzena Kardas holds over 15 years of experience in the business services sector, working for global clients, primarily in the area of Order to Cash, Customer Relationship Management, MDM and large transition & transformation projects. Currently, she is responsible for managing Master Data Management division in Infosys Poland and conducting broad client portfolio which includes companies from FMCG, IT, insurance and manufacturing sectors. She is also managing in Infosys branding projects and numerous activities aiming at developing technical skills among employees as well as implementing IT solutions in various Infosys Poland’s departments. Apart of that, Marzena is ABSL’s Regional Chapter Leader in Łódź – a local subsidiary of the biggest organization associating companies from the business services sector. Previously, she headed up a big retail account in Łódź while building Master Data Management practice at the same time. She also worked for Philips account in the area of Finance, Customer Relations and conducting first reallocation transition from Łódź (Poland) to Pune Delivery Center. Marzena holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from University of Łódź.
