Malwina is Analytical Solutions Team Manager EMEA & LATAM at Mercer Global Operations & Shared Services Centre. She is managing teams of analysts responsible for information consulting projects in the area of remuneration, benefits, employees mobility and workforce effectiveness.
Malwina found her path into the SSC/BPO sector over 10 years ago, managed multiple customer facing teams and transitions projects from mature and growing markets. She has a solid experience of working with regions seldom supported by Polish shared services, as Sub-Saharan Africa or Latin America.
Malwina is passionate about streamlining processes and simplifying business. She believes in lean culture and practice it with her teams every day. Expert in remuneration management. Her areas of interest are HR analytics and effectiveness, HR model transformation and change management.
Malwina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Jagiellonian University, as well as a degree in Business Management.
