Krzysztof Misiak is a Partner and Head of Regional Cities at Cushman & Wakefield's Office Agency. He is one of the most experienced brokers in regional markets.
His portfolio comprises over 300,000 sq m in transactions (to the value of PLN 1 billion), including the largest transaction in Łódź in 2014 (21,500 sq m), which at the same time was the largest transaction in Poland; the largest transactions in Tri-City in 2010 and 2013; the largest transaction in Wrocław in 2013; and the largest transaction in Katowice in 2012.
Krzysztof has been responsible for the coordination of regional projects for clients including Infosys, Nokia Siemens Networks, Thomson Reuters, Tate & Lyle, Deloitte, Brown Brothers Harriman, ING Bank, Takeda, Prudential, Unilever and BRE Bank. Since he began at Cushman & Wakefield, Krzysztof has been responsible for business development in regional markets in the scope of tenant representation and cooperation in regional office leasing projects.
