In 1996 Klaudia joined Lynka Promotional Services to support Vice President as Executive Assistant. In 1998, after intensive training on screenprinting production management in printing shops in USA, she was promoted to the role of Production Manager with Lynka. In 2000 Klaudia joined Lynka Management Board. For the following 11 years as HR and Administration Director, she was responsible for human capital strategy. In 2013 she moved on to the consultancy sector, becoming Human Capital Manager at Heuresis and running HR projects for business clients. Since 2014 Klaudia has been running, on behalf of STELLA VIRIUM Foundation, the project CAREER TURN in cooperation with UBS.
