Kerry Hallard is leading the NOA to grow the reach and the reputation of the outsourcing industry globally. Professionalising the outsourcing industry through standards and qualifications is core to the NOA's work today.

Kerry took on the role of CEO of the NOA in 2013 and in this time has developed and rolled out a corporate accreditation programme that accredits the buyers of outsourcing to industry best practice. A portfolio of qualifications for outsourcing professionals has been developed - ranging from Capita rolling out NOA qualifications across their employee base through to developing the industry first qualifications in robotic process automation. The NOA sits on the development boards of the latest ISO standards in outsourcing and lobbies European Government on legislative issues that impact the outsourcing industry.

Prior to joining the NOA full time, Kerry was Managing Director of Buffalo Communications, the communications consultancy which the NOA had outsourced its marketing, membership services and Secretariat to and was publisher of and the Outsourcing Yearbook. During her 20 years in communications Kerry served as a strategic communications consultant for companies to include: ICL; Lexmark; IBM; KPN Qwest; Avaya; Crystal Decisions and Cincom.

Kerry received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 2004.
