"Katrien Goossens is Global Diversity & Well-being Officer at Euroclear group. Euroclear is the financial industry’s trusted provider of post-trade services. Katrien started to work at Euroclear's headquarters in Brussels 13 years ago as a technical writer. Then she went on to head the Euroclear group Technical Documentation team before moving on to Continuous Improvement & Transformation as internal change management consultant in 2011. Building on her extensive experience in both communication and change management, she was then asked to join Euroclear's HR division in 2014 to develop and lead the company's global diversity & inclusion and well-being efforts, sponsored by the Euroclear executive team.
