Karolina is an HR expert with 20 years of experience working within HR. Prior to joining Randstad Poland nearly 9 years ago, Karolina earned a Masters in Economics from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and worked in PwC, ZA Puławy and Hewitt Assosiates.
While at Randstad Karolina has served as a HR Director and Management Team Member and is currently the HR Director EMEA and EMEA Leadership Team member for Randstad Sourceright, a post she has held since 2014. Karolina is passionate about the topics of intercultural management, diversity and leadership development
