Since many years Karolina has been working to bring together business and NGOs, and this in-between she finds as the right place to be. She gained her experience working for NGO first, and then moved to business to cooperate with all three sectors – non profits, public and business institutions. Since 2011 on the position of CSR Manager at Capgemini Poland, where, among others she leads a Disability Inclusion program “Win with Capgemini” together with Managers of the Future Foundation MOFFIN. The program is based on a conviction that the true inclusion of people with disabilities is necessary for both business and society. Graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and Collegium Civitas, Warsaw. Not a fan of corporate dress-code and a responsible citizen – commutes to work by bike.
