Started his journey with technology over 17 years ago as software developer, and later on was software solution architect at Transition Technologies S.A. and PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) specializing in software and process improvement in the context of Design & Engineering including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) & IoT (Internet of Things) solutions including projects for 10 of top 50 largest manufacturing companies worldwide. Working predominantly for European industrial companies ranging from Aerospace & Defence, to Automotive.
For the last 8 years was Director and Managing Director at software house, responsible for building org structures, managing operational delivery cycle, optimizing processes, and growing business internationally, leading large organizations, incl. teams of 100+.
Excited about transforming organization especially in the context of process improvement and culture of innovation by utilizing using lean, agile, and design thinking approach.
Got MSc in Computer Science at University of Łódź, Poland, and Executive MBA at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, and University of Warsaw.
