Cezary has 13 years of experience in real estate, investment and management gained at Golub & Company, McKinsey & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Poland and in the United States. He is a hands-on entrepreneur and developer who continues the vision of Eugene Golub. With his passion, determination and attention to quality and details, he develops high quality commercial and residential properties that maintain long term value. In 2014, under the management of Czarek Jarząbek, Golub GetHouse concluded the largest new office lease transaction in Poland – the leasing of 20,000 sqm in the Prime Corporate Center for the new headquarters of Raiffeisen Polbank bank, one of the largest banks in Poland. The building has been successfully sold in 2016, achieving a record-lowest yield in the history of office market in Poland.
