He has been operating in the lighting market for several decades. Since 2011 he has been General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Philips Lighting. Previously Bogdan Rogala managed a region of Central and South Europe with headquarter based in Budapest. Between 2002 and 2009 he was responsible for Philips' sales and development processes in Poland, as President of Philips Poland and Country Manager. He is an expert in the lighting market, the creator of new standards and models for the sale of lighting products. He actively participated in the transformation of Philips Lighting from the manufacturer of lighting products to a consultant and supplier of comprehensive lighting solutions.
