Echo Investment SA is the biggest Polish developer which develops projects in three main sectors of the real estate market: residential construction, shopping centres and offices.
Since 1996 the company has been quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has completed over 120 projects with a total area in excess of 1,300,000 sqm in several dozen cities and towns in Poland.
The company currently focuses on Warsaw and seven largest regional markets and on its development activity: in principle, shortly after the completion and lease of office buildings or shopping centre it is planning to sell them. The aim of the fast capital rotation is generating higher yields and annual dividend payments.
Since 2015 the majority shareholder of Echo Investment is the PIMCO- Oaktree- Griffin Real Estate group, which is one of the most dynamic and active businesses in the real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
